Cancellation Policy

Canceled appointments can be rescheduled only once. If cancelation occurs a second time the appointment can not be rescheduled and funds are non-refundable. Failure to meet at an appointed session without prior cancelation will be forfeiture of all funds. No refund or rescheduling of the appointment will be allowed.
